Manufactured from extra strong lightweight aluminium, the reinforced rectangular box profile incorporates strengthening ribs to increase torsional rigidity and reduce flex across its 1200mm span. This structural stability ensures consistent readings even when pressure is applied during marking or alignment.

The three permanently moulded high precision acrylic vials include:

• Two vertical vials

• One horizontal vial

These are securely bonded into the frame to maintain long term calibration accuracy. The vial system provides an accuracy tolerance of:

± 0.5 mm per metre in normal position
± 0.5 mm per metre in reverse position

Two precision milled measuring surfaces ensure exact contact with the work surface for reliable readings from both sides of the level.
