PCD/FSB/1906
Built for tough, abrasive sheet materials that quickly wear out ordinary blades, the Trend PCD/FSB/1906 is a specialist circular saw blade made to keep cutting cleanly when the job gets demanding. Its polycrystalline diamond tipped teeth are designed for exceptional durability and longer edge life than standard TCT alternatives, making it ideal for fibre cement board, AQUAPANEL®, HardieBacker®, gypsum, composite decking and cladding, laminate flooring, glass and fibre reinforced polymers, and compact laminate worktops. With a 190mm diameter, 30mm bore, and 6 tooth triple chip profile, it delivers a controlled, efficient cutting action through brittle, ultra-hard materials, while the hardened alloy steel body and expansion slots help maintain stability and cut quality over repeated use.

Trend CSB/19024 Wood Circular Saw Blade 190mm x 30mm x 24T Previous Trend CSB/19024 Wood Circular Saw Blade 190mm x 30mm x 24T

When ordinary saw blades start to lose their edge after only a few cuts in abrasive board materials, the right specialist blade changes everything. The Trend PCD/FSB/1906 is built for exactly that challenge. Designed for circular, plunge, table, and mitre saws, this 190mm PCD fibre cement blade is made for users who regularly work with ultra-hard, brittle, and abrasive materials where standard TCT blades can wear quickly. Trend positions it as a longer-lasting solution for demanding sheet materials, helping tradespeople and installers work with more consistency, better durability, and less interruption from premature blade wear.

This blade is especially suited to jobs involving AQUAPANEL®, HardieBacker®, gypsum, composite decking and cladding, laminate flooring, fibre and glass reinforced polymer, and compact laminate worktops. These are materials that can be unforgiving on ordinary teeth, which is why Trend uses precision EDM-ground polycrystalline diamond tips instead of conventional carbide. The result is a blade designed for exceptional edge retention and dependable cut quality in the kind of abrasive sheet materials that demand more from every part of the tool.

At the heart of its cutting performance is a triple chip ground tooth form with a positive 12° hook. That tooth geometry is designed to give a clean, controlled, and efficient cutting action through tough and brittle materials, helping the blade move through fibre cement and reinforced boards with more confidence and stability. With 6 teeth and a coarse finish profile, this is clearly a blade made for durable, work-focused cutting rather than decorative fine finishing. It is built to stay productive in demanding applications where blade longevity matters as much as the cut itself.

Trend also builds the body of the blade for stability and repeatable accuracy. The precision ground alloy steel plate is designed to maintain flatness, while the hardened and tempered body helps minimise deflection under load. Expansion slots improve heat dissipation and help reduce vibration, supporting smoother performance and helping preserve cut quality over repeated cuts. A reamed bore ensures precise spindle fit, and etched blade information to EN847 safety standard adds another layer of workshop-ready detail.

For product setup, the current spec profile shows a 190mm diameter, 30mm bore, 2.2mm kerf, 1.6mm plate thickness, 6 teeth, TCG tooth form, 12° hook angle, fibre cement type, coarse finish, and 7000 max rpm. Trend also lists compatibility with a wide range of Bosch, DeWalt, Einhell, HiKOKI, Makita, Metabo, Milwaukee, and FLEX saws, including Bosch Pro GKS 190, DeWalt DWE575 and DWE576, Makita HS7601 and HS7611, Milwaukee M18 FMS190, and FLEX SMS 190 18.0-EC.
