USB-C Thermal Imaging For Compatible Apple Devices
For many inspections, the most useful thermal camera is the one that can be carried every day and connected quickly when a temperature problem appears. The TOPDON TC002C is built for compatible USB-C Apple devices, giving iPhone and iPad users a compact thermal imaging tool for inspection, maintenance and diagnostic work.
The TC002C connects to the device and uses the TOPDON app to display live thermal images, record temperature information and support visual comparison through different colour palettes. It is useful for checking electrical panels, heating and cooling systems, water ingress, insulation gaps, overheating mechanical parts and automotive components where temperature difference helps guide the next step.
The 256 x 192 infrared resolution gives clear thermal detail for a compact accessory, while the wide -20 to 550 degrees C measurement range helps cover common service and inspection jobs. Because it draws power from the connected device, the camera stays lightweight and easy to keep in a tool case, service bag or vehicle.
Choose the TC002C when the workflow is based around a USB-C iPhone or iPad and a pocket thermal camera is preferred over a standalone handheld unit. It is not the correct choice for Android users, who should use TC001 instead. For a dedicated display, longer runtime and built-in storage, TC003 or TC005 is the stronger option.
