Engineered with HIGH OUTPUT™ technology, this battery pack provides up to 25% more power compared with the M12 B4 REDLITHIUM™ battery pack, helping your tools feel more responsive when the load increases. It also runs up to 25% cooler than other M12™ REDLITHIUM™ battery packs in heavy applications, supporting consistent performance through demanding work where heat can otherwise slow you down.

At the centre of the pack is REDLINK™ Intelligence, Milwaukee’s advanced electronic protection system designed to protect both battery and tool investment on site. It includes:

• Overload protection to help prevent damage in abusive situations

• A temperature management system to keep the pack operating in the ideal range for maximum life

• Individual cell monitoring to optimise runtime and support long-term pack durability

• Discharge protection to help prevent cell damage from over-discharge

Durability is built in, too. The M12 HB5 uses an integrated welded frame construction with shock-responsive separators to help prevent pack failure from vibrations and drops.
