The Jefferson Tools JEFTCTMCSW355-110 355mm TCT Steel Cutting Chop Saw (110V) is built for workshops and site environments where a cleaner finish and faster workflow matter. Unlike abrasive saws that generate heavy sparks and burrs, this TCT chop saw is designed to deliver a straight, burr-free edge, helping you spend less time on finishing and more time fitting and fabricating.

At the heart of the machine is a high-speed carbide-tipped (TCT) blade engineered to cut efficiently through mild steel, steel plate, square tube, angle iron, pipe, and also suitable for aluminium and wood in appropriate applications. A hi-torque gearbox reduces motor load and improves cutting performance, giving the saw a confident, controlled feel even when production demands ramp up.

For accuracy, the saw is fitted with a fast-action swivel vice that allows cuts to be set from 0° to 45°, making it ideal for repeatable angled work such as frames, brackets, rails, and fabrication assemblies. Day-to-day usability is enhanced with a pull-out collection tray, helping to keep debris under control and the work area cleaner.

Supplied as a ready-to-work package, the set includes a 14" / 355mm mild steel TCT blade (66 teeth), an 8mm blade locking hex key, a V-clamp jaw, and an instruction manual—everything you need to get set up quickly and start cutting with confidence.
